This policy describes what happens to your information when you visit vitaeintegro.com or get in touch with us through this site. It covers everyone who interacts with our website. Once you become a Patron, our engagement letter and related disclosures govern how we handle the additional information you share with us - those terms are separate from this policy and considerably more detailed.
We have kept this short on purpose. Our website collects very little, and we would rather you understand exactly what we do than wade through pages of disclaimers.
Who we are
Vitae Integro is a structural multifamily office serving entrepreneurial families across the United States. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, you can reach us at admin@vitaeintegro.com or through our contact form.
What we collect
Two things, and only when you choose to share them.
When you fill out our contact form:
your name, email address, and whatever message you send us.
When you book a meeting:
the information you provide when scheduling - typically your name, email address, the time you have selected, and any context you choose to add. Meetings are scheduled through Calendly, and that information is processed by Calendly before it reaches us. Their privacy practices are described at calendly.com/privacy.
We do not run advertising pixels, behavioral tracking, marketing tags, or third-party analytics on this site. We do not sell or rent your information. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited) may be retained briefly by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes.
How we use what you share
To respond to you. To schedule the meeting you requested. To follow up on a conversation we have started. If we exchange messages about working together and then go quiet for a while, we may reach back out to see whether the timing is better - that is the extent of it.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies necessary for basic functionality (loading pages and remembering preferences). It does not use advertising, retargeting, or behavioral tracking cookies.
How long we keep your information
Contact form messages and meeting records are retained for as long as a conversation might reasonably continue - typically up to three years from your last interaction - after which we delete or anonymize them unless we are required to retain them for legal or regulatory reasons. If you would like us to delete your information sooner, simply ask.
Who has access
Inside our firm, only the people who need your information to respond to you. Outside our firm, only Calendly (for meeting scheduling) and our website hosting and email providers, each of which is bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising or marketing by others.
Your rights
You have rights over your personal information regardless of where you live. The specifics vary by jurisdiction, but the practical answer is the same: ask us, and we will take care of it.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA).
You have the right to know what we have collected, to receive a copy of it, to correct inaccuracies, and to request deletion. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws.
Substantially the same rights apply: access, correction, deletion, and, where applicable, the ability to opt out of profiling or targeted advertising. We do not engage in either.
Residents of the EU, UK, or EEA (GDPR/UK GDPR).
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, and request a portable copy. The legal bases we rely on are: your consent (when you contact us or schedule a meeting), our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and operating the firm, and, where relevant, the steps necessary to enter into a potential engagement at your request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at admin@vitaeintegro.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically thirty to forty-five days). We will not ask you for anything beyond what is needed to confirm the request is genuinely yours.
International transfers
If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on service providers (including Calendly) that maintain appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously - both because it is the right thing to do, and because the families we serve trust us with far more sensitive information than anything a website ever sees.
Children
This site is not directed to children under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change. If the changes are material, we will note the update prominently and adjust the effective date above.
